Our Privacy Statement is designed to help you (the “User”) understand how we collect information through our website, www.emanee.com (“Emanee.com”) and the Agent Site.

Agent Site: When entering personal information including but not limited to, name, number, email address, or comments into an Agent Site you are granting the Client to personally store your information and contact you at a later date. The Company passes your information to the Agent and does not take any responsibility for the use or misuse of the information provided by you. It is the Agent’s responsibility to properly secure your information.

If you wish to no longer be contacted by the Client, you must contact the Client directly.

If the Site permits Third Party Advertising, those Third Party companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address, and clickstream information. For further information, consult the privacy policies of those Third Party Companies. The Company does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers.
